Yes. Enter a patient weight and every mg/kg and mcg/kg dose computes on the spot, including drips, RSI, vancomycin and seizure medications. Drug entries also list pediatric dosing where it applies.

It is built from current society guidelines (IDSA, ATS, ACC/AHA, SCCM) and FDA labeling by Monika Rodriguez, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, a practicing nurse practitioner. Always confirm dose and indication before prescribing.
